Today is World Oceans Day 🌊💙
If you live around here, you know how easy it is to take the ocean for granted. One minute you’re out for a beach walk, the next there’s a pod of dolphins cruising through the waves or a humpback whale putting on a show offshore.
The ocean is such a big part of life in Ballina Coast & Hinterland. It’s where we start our mornings, spend our weekends and reset after a busy day. It’s also home to some pretty incredible marine life.
So today, we’re taking a moment to appreciate the salty air, sunrise swims, empty beaches, dolphins, whales and everything else that makes this stretch of coast so special.
Happy World Oceans Day. We’re pretty lucky to call this place home. 🐋🐬🌏
