Join Mandy Jay for a fun filled session of art therapy activities. Discover the benefits of creative expression on your physical, mental, & emotional well being.  Experiment with symbols, imagery, nature and the malleability of art materials to explore emotions and thoughts about self-identity.

The sessions will incorporate mindfulness, eco psychology, story-telling and goal setting using collage, clay, paint and pastels.
