Ellie advises start-ups and small businesses in her Federal Government role at Build Grow Run www.buildgrowrun.com.au and at www.elliecorleycoaching.com. Before coming to Australia, Ellie spent over 15 years as a corporate reputation specialist, trainer and workshop leader in the US and UK.

Today, Ellie offers a wide range of programs and services - from individual coaching to delivering seminars and training workshops.

Ellie was also Global Marketing Director for ARM, a top FTSE 50 company. ARM's silicon chip designs are in 99% of the world’s consumer electronic products, nearly all smartphones, through to Digital TVs, cameras and cars and beyond.

Prior to the role at ARM, she worked at Virgin, where Ellie was the Communications Director for Richard Branson's not for profit foundation, Virgin Unite. Researching and helping draft Richard's Book 'Screw Business as Usual" and dealing with world leaders on

his role on the Global Drugs Commission. Virgin Unite was focused on harnessing the entrepreneurial spirit of the Virgin Group and people's skills to effect large behavioural changes in things like youth unemployment. Virgin Unite incubated and started The Elders and the Carbon War Room, one of her roles was securing funding for these entities.

Ellie is also a leading communication and marketing specialist. Her campaigns for the UK government for Beat Bullying, Climate Change “energy-saving week” have many won awards. Passionate about entrepreneurs and how business can be a “force for good” in the world, her specialisms are understanding the customer, creating businesses that have unique selling points and meet a customer need.

Ellie is a highly motivated passionate advocate of all things entrepreneurial, insatiably curious, loves a challenge and thrives when supporting agile, brave and accountable businesses.
