Winter Food Festival

Warm yourself up with Summerland Farm’s Winter Food Festival! Back for a second year and even bigger this time! Pack your picnic rug, gather the family, and spend at the farm with Food Trucks, Live music and entertainment!

There will be 2 stages this year -

Stage 1 - 'The Grove' is the main stage featuring musical acts including:

11-1pm - Keegan Sparke, a lovely local solo act who played here last year

2-3.30pm - Eliza Hull, an internationally renowned, multi award winning musician, writer and disability advocate based in country Victoria. Eliza has written music for TV, radio and film. She has toured nationally and internationally and performed in venues and events such as the Sydney Opera House, Ability Fest, Hamer Hill, Bigsound, NYE on the Hill and recently sold out Melbourne Recital Centre. Eliza will also be doing a book reading/signing on the smaller stage, as well as holding a free songwriting workshop in the conference centre on Friday the 12th, day before the festival. 

4:30pm - Acid Bleed, a Lismore based funky 5 piece band playing gypsy swing jazz with a hot Latin groove to dance away the evening!

Stage 2 - 'The Rotunda' will feature the following -

11:30am - A special Magic Show by Shorty Brown the Clown - Byron Bay Children's Entertainment. 'Shorty Brown brings the fun! The magic! The Big Bubbles!  A playground of silliness! You will giggle! You will laugh! You will have an absolute blast!' Shorty will then 'roam' the festival until around 1:30 pm, followed by another roving session from about 2-5pm. 

12:30pm - Eliza Hull book reading/signing and talk

2pm - Kids in the Kitchen with Summerland Farm Head Chef Brogan- Cooking demonstration 

3pm - Budget Delights with Summerland Farm Head Chef Brogan- Demonstrating cooking delicious food in today's cost of living crisis. 

Other Activities:

Laser Tag - There will be a Laser Tag area with sessions running every half hour from 11-5pm for up to 12 people each session, face painting and Clown Shorty Brown roaming, who will be making giant bubbles and balloon creations. 

Food Trucks - The food trucks are deliciously diverse this year including Indian, Japanese, Greek, Marrakesh, German, Mexican, ice creams, iced tea, fairy floss, vegan mains and desserts, berries etc. 

Market Stall - The market stalls will be flowing too, jewellery, handmade arts and crafts, massage/healing, freeze dried candy, hair wraps, tupperware, macrame, crystals, steins cups and clocks, clothing, kids toys etc.

Gold coin donation for onsite parking

Winter Food Festival admission is FREE, usual entry fee applies for the Adventure Park.
