Get ready for an unforgettable day of cricket action as some of Australia’s cricketing greats return to Oakes Oval. After the overwhelming success of the 2023 Legends of Cricket match, this exciting event is set to make its return to Lismore.

Lismore Mayor Steve Krieg will once again lead the Mayor’s XI as they take on local cricket legend Adam Gilchrist’s Gilly’s XI. Steve O’Keefe, Jason Gillespie, Dan Christian, Sammy-Jo Johnson, Nathan Hauritz and Georgie Redmayne will also take to the field. As will Powderfinger’s Bernard Fanning and Grinspoon’s Pat Davern!

Gates open at 1pm, with the action kicking off at 3pm and running through until 6pm. This T20 cricket showdown is set to be a highlight of Lismore’s sporting calendar, as legendary players donate their time and talent to create a day to remember for the local community.
