On the Aboriginal Bush Food tour, guests are taken on a moderate 1.5 hour return walk along the stunning Byron Creek, located at Piccabeen Park. There are opportunities to learn some Bundjalung language whilst learning about significant places and hearing local history and traditional stories. Bundjalong woman Delta Kay will point out a variety of edible native food plants, as well as plants used for natural medicine, jewellery, fibre, tools and weapons.

During the tour, guests often see an abundance of wildlife, such as river turtles or platypus's. We highly recommend that guests wear appropriate shoes and have a water bottle, hat and sunscreen.
