Nightcap National Park and Whian Whian State Conservation Area are situated in far north-eastern New South Wales, around a 45 minute drive from Ballina.
Together they encompass about 10,500 hectares of the Nightcap Range. Spectacular features such as waterfalls play an important part in shaping the natural environment. There are a number of walking tracks within Nightcap National Park ranging from an easy 2 kilometres to a moderate-hard 7.5 kilometres.
