Saltbush Bar & Grill, Ballina’s new waterfront restaurant features modern Australian cuisine set to open in late July under the Ramada Hotel & Suites.

Saltbush Bar & Grill will feature a unique menu with a Saltbush twist. Speciality items will include award winning Wagyu and Black Angus Jack’s Creek Steaks as well as fresh local seafood.

Enjoy after-work drinks in the lounge bar or specialty cocktails by the riverfront or Ballina’s first Sunday Brunch in an absolute waterfront location.

Open seven days a week for breakfast and dinner, lunch on Saturdays and Sunday brunch, Saltbush will also cater for social events, weddings, and corporate functions in the Ramada Function Rooms. Remember to book Melbourne Cup and Christmas Day Lunch.
