With 20 years of experience as a strategy and leadership consultant, he is recognised as a trusted partner to some of the world’s leading FMCG, Technology, Engineering, and Professional service firms. Carl has held senior leadership roles for global consultancies in both Australia and Europe and has a proven track-record of successfully designing and delivering transformation initiatives for clients, all over the world.

In 2010 Carl started to experience severe and reoccurring panic attacks. He was later diagnosed with a chronic anxiety disorder at the age of 32. This took Carl on a 10-year journey of deep self-discovery and personal transformation work, helping him overcome the condition. From that profound experience, Carl supports individuals, leaders, and teams to overcome challenges, develop resilience, transform, and realise their true potential.

Carl’s work focuses on developing future-ready organisations, teams and leaders that are holistically integrated and truly purpose-led. Employing the latest neuroscience, he works with simple, intuitive, and practical tools that are easily applied in everyday activities and allows clients to enjoy success in highly disruptive and complex environments.
