Keep up to date with what's happening this weekend! Head down to the Ballina Skate Park on Friday & Saturday to watch all the action at the annual Fair Go Skate Fest, one of the longest running skateboard competitions in Australia.

Some great foodie experiences this weekend. Byron Bay Cacao have an Easter Class involving hot cross bun and egg making at their factory in Ballina Industrial Estate – yum! Don't miss out on an amazing culinary and cultural experience at Harvest Newrybar for an unforgettable evening of Bundjalung Culture & Dining! Hosted by Arakwal woman Delta Kay and Widjabul Wia-bul Chef Mindy Woods, this experience includes a guided garden walk, native-infused welcome drinks, and a delicious shared-style meal featuring locally sourced, seasonal produce and native ingredients. Ballina Players production Play On is getting great reviews so if you haven't seen it yet, this is the last weekend so make sure you get in quick to secure tickets.  

Our little hinterland villages are hosting some great events this weekend. Head along to Rous Unplugged at Rous Mill Hall on Friday night for an evening of great music, great refreshments and an overall fantastic vibe. On Saturday, visit Pearces Creek Hall for a one off Makers Market. A great chance to see some local artist works, enjoy live music and grab a bite to eat.
