The Richmond Valley has been the quiet powerhouse of agricultural production in the Northern Rivers for many years. Our local fishers, farmers and food innovators have been getting on with the job of growing, catching and raising a diversity of seasonal fresh and value-added produce.

After years of climatic and COVID challenges, it's time to come together, stamp Richmond Valley Made firmly on the region's paddock-to-plate map.
Join us for a long table feast under the stars in the gardens of Windara. A three course locally crafted menu celebrating regional produce will be served and beverages will be available for purchase.

This event is an initiative of the Richmond Valley Made Paddock-to-Plate Collaborative which aimed to create a new experience while at the same time develop regional prosperity and opportunity by supporting the agriculture, food and tourism sectors.

Commissioned by Richmond Valley Council, as part of the Australian Government's Drought Communities Program, the Richmond Valley Made Paddock to Plate Collaborative was delivered by agritourism and agribusiness specialists Regionality.
