The Music Estuary have a shimmering programme to share with you, exploring themes of light and hope, dissonance and crystalline harmonies.

SYRINX vocal women ensemble is one of the most outstanding choral groups in our region. The program ranges from their own modern arrangement of a 12th century plainchant to wildly contrasting contemporary pieces.

Cellist, Eleanor Streatfield (Sydney) will be joining them as an accompanist. And the cello will be featured as a solo instrument when she presents Bach’s cello suite no. 4 and ‘Musique Du Soir’ by Latvian composer, Peteris Vasks for Cello and Organ.
The concert takes it’s name from a choral piece by Australian composer Alice Chance
