 Katie is a published author, has appeared on morning television cooking shows, and trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu London before working in restaurants across Europe.

 Katie's warm and uplifting teaching style will create a supporting environment, ensuring that you feel at ease to ask questions or seek guidance throughout the class.

In this workshop, you'll learn how to create classic French dishes to make in your own kitchen for years to come. Roast chicken with celeriac puree, ratatouille, red wine jus, creme brulee, tarte tartan, and confit garlic are just some of the classic French options to explore during the class.

Whether you're a beginnner or an experienced cook, this class is suitable for all skill levels.

At the end of the class, you will enjoy a beautiful threee course meal with paired wine as an optional extra.

By Katie Cooking classes are perfect for hen's parties, family get togethers, holiday activities, birthday parties, or simply to just get your crew together for a good cook up!

This class is designed for groups of 3 to 20 guests.
