Katie is a published author, has appeared on morning television cooking shows, and trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu London before working in restaurants across Europe.
Katie's warm and uplifting teaching style will create a supporting environment, ensuring that you feel at ease to ask questions or seek guidance throughout the class.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to make delicious fresh pasta from silky fettuccine to pillows of ravioli, Katie will guide you through every step of the process.
Whether you're a beginnner or an experienced cook, this class is suitable for all types of eaters (excluding those on a gluten-free diet) and is particularly ideal for lovers of fresh vegetarian food, and plant-based cooking.
At the end of the class, you will enjoy a delicious Italian feast including fresh pastas, dressed salad, garlic bread and tiramisu for dessert. Plus you'll receive a recipe flyer for each item you make.
