Join chef and author Katie White, for an unforgettable plant-based micro retreat in the stunning hinterland. Over the course of two nights, you and a group of friends immerse yourselves in a holistic experience that combines delicious food, relaxation and learning.

Katie is a published author, has appeared on morning television cooking shows, and trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu London before working in restaurants across Europe.

Katie's warm and uplifting teaching style will create a supporting environment, ensuring that you feel at ease to ask questions or seek guidance throughout the class.

During this course, you'll discover the art of creating mouth-watering plant-based meals and how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch. With hands on, interactive demonstrations, you'll gain the confidence to recreate these culinary delights at home.
