This cooking class is designed especially for beginners. You'll discover how to make your own Traditional Bento box, guided by Japanese chef Keita. He also offers a VEGETARIAN option!
After the class, you'll receive a range of authentic Japanese recipes, techniques, and fundamental knowledge of Japanese cuisine. During the class, you can enjoy the Bento box you create and take another one home for your family or friend to savor.
Japanese Bento Box Menu:
- Choose between Chicken Karrage or Cauliflower Karrage for vegetarians (Japanese fried chicken)
- Agedashi Tofu (crispy fried tofu served with flavorful umami sauce)
- Tamagoyaki (Japanese-style omelet)
- Vegetable Gomaae (savory nutty sesame sauce)
- Tukemono (Pickled Radish)
- Japanese short-grain rice

- Make two bentos (eat one, take one home)
- Small group (maximum of 6 people)
