About the Facilitator: Katy Bullen
Katy Bullen is a holistic health and wellness coach passionate about supporting people through transformative stages of life. With years of experience guiding embodied movement and dance practices, she creates nurturing spaces for connection, growth, and self-discovery.
Katy’s personal wellness journey—shaped by overcoming health challenges and embracing holistic practices—deeply informs her work. She believes in the power of movement, mindfulness, and community to foster balance and fulfilment.
As a mother, coach, and facilitator, Katy brings warmth, authenticity, and wisdom to every session, inviting participants to explore their inner radiance and create meaningful change.
