Ballina CWA room - 236 River StreetThis hands-on Sushi class is perfect for beginners. You learn how to make 6 styles of Sushi and Miso soup from scratch with master sushi chef Keita in a small Class.
You will learn the following:
- How to cut a salmon fillet
- How to make sushi rice, sushi vinegar, teriyaki sauce, tuna, miso soup, sushi platter
What you will make:

- 4 pieces of Futomaki (Big sushi roll)
- 6 pieces of Hosomaki (Small sushi roll)
- 4 pieces of Uramaki (Inside-out roll)
- 2 pieces of Nigiri or seared Nigiri
- 1 piece of Temaki sushi (hand roll)
- 4 pieces of Aburi salmon roll (Seared salmon roll)
Sushi fillings: Salmon,Teriyaki chicken,Cooked Tuna,Cream cheese,Avocado and seasonal vegetables
Enjoy eating what you make in class (there may even be leftovers to take home) and you can take your new skills home to enjoy with family and friends.
