One of our favourite ever women in wine is well overdue for a return to this gorgeous region - so Louise Hemsley-Smith, from Bosworth Wines, is as excited as we are.
Louise (and her partner) produce three distinct, all organic wine brands under their Bosworth Wines brand - 'Battle of Bosworth', 'Spring Seed Wine Co.' and 'Springs Road'. Based in McLaren Vale (with additional vineyards on Kangaroo Island), Louise's family were the very first producers in the Vale to convert their vineyards to Certified Organic and in 2025 they'll be celebrating 30 years!
